Called before 1pm to make appointment and was told 5-6pm and the ket smith would call when on his way. At 540pm I called to check if key smith was coming or not then was told she would call me back with an answer if key smith was still coming. After 6pm she calls me back to say hes not coming because he contacted me several times but I did not answer. I have no missed calls, full service, full battery, no voicemails, staring at my phone waiting from 445pm-6pm. After she stated that she hung up on me and the lock smith called me not even 1minute later and I answered before it could make 1 full ring. He confirmed I still was waiting for the service and then quoted me 45mins to an hour wait time. I really hope he shows by 7pm or I will very extremely unsatisfied with this service since this is 2nd attempt at making a spare car key. I also was told I could not contact the lock smith directly when customer service woman stated I wasn't answering his "several calls" but then was told to text my vin number to the number I was contacted from otherwise he wouldnt be able to make my key because it's too late. How is that my fault when I made the appointment for 5pm?! Just very unhappy with customer service and the quality of service.
