The occasion I plan to wear the dress to is still five months away but the experience of purchasing it is fresh in my mind. The dress arrived and was exactly as described. My daughter-in-law-to-be bought a Sydney's Closet dress that is perfect for her! But she wanted to have sleeves added. When we talked to Sydney's Closet about getting the Chantilly Lace to match, we learned the fabric had been discontinued. But...the ladies at Sydney's Closet took the time to do some research and picked out a lace that was very close to the original. And it worked! And made my daughter-in-law to be very happy! That's customer service! Thank you!

Best experience ordering online ever! It is so stressful trying to find the perfect dress for those special occasions for plus sizes. You worry about the dress not fitting right or not arriving on time. I called and talk to Michelle... She was so very helpful. Not only did the dress fit perfectly, it was beautiful and great quality AND it arrived within the week. We couldn't have been happier!
