Only reason I gave it a 1 star is because I can't give it less. SCAMMERS. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE FOR REPAIR HERE. They replaced the back of my iPhone 12, that same day we started having issues with the microphone. People can't hear me, I record a video and all you can hear is a cracking/clicking sound. Took the phone back and they "repaired" it. Recording a video is still making the cracking/clicking sound, people can hear me now but it is very faint. Jacob offered to give me a partial refund, and he could work on the phone at a discounted price. He then accused me of attempting to get this done for free. The elderly gentleman is very unprofessional as well. We kept explaining the issue and he kept saying no, that's nothing we did. Very unprofessional, SCAMMERS. NOT SURE HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.
