When I first got the blinds from them which was a while back, they did excellent work, they were very attentive and showed me what to do but at the time I was not feeling well and got very ill, and was incapacitated for a long time. When I was better, I called them once, and I waited for a reply and then recently I called them a second time and got no reply. Having been a former mystery shopper, I was not happy with them at all, not responding to me, they didn’t even attempt to pick up the phone at all so professionally, they do great work but they never bothered to call me back.
