Very disappointed with the service. The structure itself is good quality wood but they dint make it they just order it from a manufacturer and get it installed. First they brought me the wrong structure, and a key component was missing. Then I was told the component would arrive in a week. It’s been almost a month and nothing. Also they haven’t bothered to give me any eta or information. They simply forgot about me and hoped I would forget. Worse experience I’ve had in Austin so far. Wish I had used a different vendor. Worse part is I have to keep calling and emailing to ask where it is.. at this point I doubt I’ll ever see it... There are many back yard structure companies in Austin, and cheaper. Maybe talk to them first...
