OMG! This Guy John is the owner and he is horrible!!!! Bad cocky attitude!! He charges 150.00 just to come out to the home. My heater was turning off alot and wouldn't stay on. It is one year old and everytime John came out it was working and all he did was say, "it's working now and then charge me $150.00" and did absolutely nothing!" He is the worst repair service company. Do Not use him or you will be nickeled and dimed to DEATH!!!!! He runs a shabby business and does not know how to treat his customers with respect. He acts like he is doing you a favor just coming to your house with his bad attitude!!! Don't believe anything he says he is a liar!!! If your thinking of buying a haywood heater do NOT John is the only service center that serves this company under the warranty. You can't even get ahold of the manufacturer. Try buying a Pentair heater instead. Many services centers and the manufacturer is much better. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU WON'T NEED TO DEAL WITH THIS JERK!!!
