Great industry but the owners just take advantage of it. They refuse to pay their immigrant labor more than $65/sq which really shows in the quality. Insurance is paying over $400/sq. Co owner Tom could care less if a house that never leaked now leaks a year after we completed the work. By then we have switched out our phone numbers for the next town. Also it's very hard to work for someone like co owner Mike who often gets drunk after work and spew racist comments. From their Mike then wants to go "furniture shopping" his term for prostitutes
They make big promises in the interview about how you just sell and not to worry about their crews. Well then roofs that have never leaked are now leaking, have a crooked cut rakes and valleys. Crew members that fall off roofs, drink cases of beer when working, and trash the homeowners personal property. They dont care they'd rather pay a nightmare crew if they're willing to work for $60/square
Very helpful, efficient, easy to work with. They did a great job replacing my roof and cleanup on my house. Definately would recommend them to a friend.
