The office and maintenance staff added a great deal to my positive experience. I was always received with great care and kindness. I loved the gatherings that the office had for different holiday celebrations, and my family loved when they had pizza night! We miss living there because it feels like we moved away from family.

I moved into The Estates in November, 2019. From the first day I was impressed with the passion of all of the team at this complex. They've worked hard to bring value to my residency and have not failed to meet my expectations. My standards are high and they have not disappointed. I would recommend The Estates at Legends to both family and friends a like, without any reservations!

This is a great community to live in. It is generally a very quiet area. The residents are friendly. The office staff is very helpful and work hard to be inclusive of all of the tenants.

Great community. Not many things go wrong, but if they do the maintenance guys are quick to respond and fix. Safe and quiet too.
