The Flower Cart, situated in Baltimore City, Maryland, is a family-owned florist and plant shop. Established back in 1961 by Fred and Joy Koletar, it has now entered its second generation of ownership under Mike and Kerry Koletar. Over the years, we have faithfully served the Baltimore community through our main store on Harford Road and a presence within The Johns Hopkins Hospital for more than three decades. While we import flowers from various parts of the world, we take particular pride in our strong connections with local flower farms in the Baltimore area, and whenever possible, we focus on showcasing locally grown products during their respective seasons. Our delivery services extend throughout all neighborhoods in Baltimore City and the surrounding counties.
