09/05/2019: No shot records asked for. 12 year old poodle was there nearly 5 hours. He was bathed. Partially brushed. No grooming was done, which was explicitly asked for. Any place that doesn’t care for vaccine records is no good. Walk in or not, if you can’t do the job, say so upfront. Will not be back for your $5.00 discount. Will never be back.
