Homebuyers Inc called inquiring about purchasing my home. I informed the female if she was offering a minimum bid of AT LEAST $650k, not to waste my time. and I t wasn’t negotiable so I hung up. This lady called my house Nineteen(19) times in less than 15 minute period!!! My home is not listed for sale, I did not give her my number, I pay my bills, and I speak as I please when My Privacy is invaded!

The worst! I’ve told them several times to stop calling me and they just keep doing it. I’m on the national do not call list and they still break the law and call me every day. I guess the only way to get it stopped is to file a lawsuit. if they can’t even follow the law in this regard, why would anyone do business with them there clearly no regard for business responsibilities or civic responsibilities. Not to mention what a complete waste of time for employees to keep calling people that are not interested or the wrong number. Poor business practices all the way around.

This company is a pariah on society! They spam call me 5 or 6 times a day. I will never do business with them or any company affiliated.

This company is dishonest and in destroying the real estate industry. I get calls and text messages from them everyday . I have made several attempts to contact them directly but they never respond. I have asked them to please stop sending me messages are calling me . They have refused. This is not a real estate company this is a scam. They call me about properties that I don’t own and never have. DO NOT TRUST them.

Received a call to purchase my home which was already sold 4 months ago. When I asked the representative a few questions about his company, he was very vague. When I asked him where he was located, he answered, "Home Buyers Inc." I asked him again where he was actually located and he hung up on me. I called back several times and my calls went unanswered. This is a SCAM!!

I told them what my appraisal was and when they came out they went $100,000 below the appraisal after I text the individual with that company and told them don't come out if you're going to lowball me he come out he pretended like he looked a house over then he lowball me all for $300,000 when my house is worth 400,000 something what these guys are not in the best interest now they'll take advantage of people hurting for money or let their house run down that's why they asked so many questions sellers beware

I am so confused what their goal is. Somehow my name got associated with a family members two properties and I am getting constant calls and texts asking to sell to them. A. Not for sale. B. Not the owner. C. WHY would anyone else to a scammer over the phone in this sellers market, seriously??? What is their end goal? I know scam calls are predatory but who is saying yes to this? I am so annoyed I honestly want to understand the business model of this trash scam company because I just don’t understand. It’s like a man cat calling - does that ever result in a woman being interested? That’s the model of this company I feel like, lol.

The company continues to promote predatory actions and even trains to do this. The answers by the agents taking the calls under the various franchises speaks volumes about your design. You want to be the "Airlines of realtors" where the people pay alot and have no rights . Your tactics are illeagal.

They call incessantly even though I am on the do not call list. I have not listed my house and have no internet in selling. They will not stop calling!

I am a REALTOR. I ask them for information to see if they are REALTOR's. They refuse to answer any questions or give a license number or any phone number, as they call from a computer that generates a different number every time they call. BOGUS!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
