My wife and I reached out to one of the doctor's on their website. This doctor emailed back the next morning. I sent response and options to connect, but he didn't respond to that email, a follow up email the next day and a text as well. We chose the Executive Director of the facility and completing new patient enrollment. System wouldn't allow me to set appointment, but said to contact my therapist. I've emailed Ryan twice and haven't received a response.
