Over all it’s been a good experience and love the apartment. Only thing I have a issue with is the parking and sometimes we have to park at another building and untagged vehicles are allowed to park in front of our building and it’s just taking up a parking space that could be used by a tagged vehicle. Other than that it’s a great place to live..

I have lived at the Legends, 3 yrs. I am satisfied living here. It is a nice place but with all apt complexes there are issue. The office and maintenance staff are great! The office manager could be a bit friendlier, especially when you come into the office. Any maintenance issue I have had, have been resolved. However, I had mold on all my windows. It was resolved for now. I lost 10 pairs of shoes due to mold in my bedroom closet. Sent pics to office, no compensation. The grounds are nice, but it needs more care. There are a lot of bare, bald spots on the lawn. Dirt has washed away and areas flood. Bushes have been chopped or taken out and not replaced. Of course rents go up every year which I hope they wouldn't LOL Overall I like living here.

We love The Legends! We moved here after a bad situation with landlords from another apartment complex. Immediately, before even signing a lease, we were greeted with smiles and friendly staff members. We have been here a little over a year and nothing has changed. We are always greeted with smiles. The staff members are extremely helpful and always willing to talk you through any situation you may be facing. The maintenance men are friendly, trustworthy, and get problems fixed quickly, sometimes even the day you make a report. We have decided to renew our lease for another 15 months because we absolutely love it here.
