We have proudly been serving the party people of Colorado and Wyoming for 40 years running! We are a locally owned and operated, year-round costume store. We carry a variety of amazing costumes, wigs, hats, theatrical makeup, accessories, and novelty items. Our store strives to offer quality products at an affordable price and we pride ourselves on some of the best customer service around! We offer our customers a one-on-one experience and love creating long-term relationships with our clients. We look forward to serving you!

The makeup counter has all the cool stuff for theater and cosplay needs. The staff really knows their stuff. And the wigs are great quality and not super expensive.

We have ordered balloons for our large corporate parties for years and have alway been super pleased. This year, we asked Brandon and Marcia to build us a giant (10x12) custom balloon wall. Not only did they come and spend hours creating the masterpiece, but they were extremely professional, so helpful, and made a balloon wall that people are still talking about to this day. I highly recommend this amazing store!

I've gone to The Life of the Party for both Tour de Fat and Halloween costumes this year, and both of my experiences were fantastic. Brandon and his team set me up with exactly what I needed at an affordable price. One costume was easy (banana suit), but the other was much more involved, and they knew exactly what pieces and accessories I should have to pull it off. Definitely going back next year!
