What is the Manor Association
Almost forty-three years ago, two neighbors living in a new town home association in Foster City came to understand the challenges and the necessity for a truly superior Community Association Management Company. The city in which this association was located, named after its founder – “T Jack Foster”, was in its infancy of blossoming into a hub on the Mid-Peninsula.
As the company grew over the ensuing years, the two founders remained steadfast, building an association management company that was grounded on superior customer service and supporting clients across the full operational spectrum of community management including: Financial Management, Administrative Management, and Property Management.
Today, The Manor Association continues to support its clients throughout Northern California with keen focus and attention to the very same principles established by the founders over four decades ago. In fact, The Manor Association continues to manage its very first client, which it signed as a customer in 1973!
