This has been the most disappointing experience encountered by a grooming service. They do not return calls by the end of business and have a hard time following directions. I completely understand the changes made due to the pandemic which makes it even more outrageous that they charge ridiculous prices for services that were clearly never requested. This is the second time that my fur baby has been returned bald even after request to just wash her before balding her. Extremely poor service!
