Look Great & Feel Great at The Union. We are a yoga and CrossFit gym. We help you get strong, get lean, and get hot. De-stress and unwind with a hot yoga class. Tone and sculpt with an Inferno Hot Pilates class. Get strong and vibrant with a CrossFit class. We have over 60 classes a week to choose from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
I absolutely love The Union! There are so many different classes to attend, and the times offered are great! There is a class for everyone's schedule and the instructors are awesome!
An amazing team of professionals that help budding new yogi's and advanced students aswell. I LOVE my experience at the Union Yoga. Keep up the incredible work. I definitely recommend this company to all my friends.

When it is possible and you are considering to expand, would you consider offering another TRX class? At Park Oak? 8:30am ? I am even laughing at suggesting another class because you all provide for so much. Thank you ever so much for the fun and fitness!
The Union has been my home away from home for the last 14 years!!!! It is an incredible place with the most amazing coaches/staff!!!! The Union community is incredibly diverse however there is a true sense of family and belonging!!!! Everyone should be a UNIONITE!!!
I was referred by Mallory Shaw. My trainer approved said it would be great for flexibility. Enjoy the classes, and I can't wait to see what 2022 will offer.
