We stayed here for almost 1.5 years. While our overall stay was good and pleasant, the move out process was what pissed us off. After we gave our move out notice, I have asked multiple times in the leasing office by calling and visiting personally about the acknowledgment of move out and a move out check list. There was nothing that was provided. After the move out date , a statement of $500+ was sent to us claiming basic unclean stuff as damages. For example , for a simple kid pencil drawing on the wall, they claimed $40 when they were going to repaint the wall anyways. I have stayed in apartments in various states in US for over 15 years and our previous move outs were much smoother than what we experienced here.
