Unbelievably poor customer service, I placed and order and two weeks later it still shows "Awaiting Fulfillment". After calling 6 times, Greg, the only person who can apparently help me, has been busy every time. I have now left him 4 voicemails over the last week and have still yet to receive a call back or even an email. The last time I called the receptionist put me on hold the second I gave her my name. Also no one in their online chat ever responds to my messages. I will be filing a claim with the BBB against this company

We were very pleased with our experience with this company and the responsiveness of service. The remote control has given us issues a couple of times, and has been replaced once, but they've been responsive to help us with that.
