The operations leader found the opening that the raccoon was getting into the house. He sealed the opening and set a trap. He was very professional in helping to take care of our issue.

It is nice to know the critters are out. I wish that John Moore had done a better job with the weather stripping of my garage doors, The baby opossum would not have learned it was a great place to live.

Twister, Zach and the Team did a fantastic job for us. We were horrified to find we had bats in our attic and our chimney! Wildlife X Team came in, sealed all the entry points except for one so the bats could leave, then extracted all the insulation from our attic, sanitized the attic floor and blew in 9 inches of new insulation mixed with boric acid to deter any future rodent or pest infestation. It was not cheap, but we felt it was well worth the cost to give our family the peace of mind to be able to sleep comfortably in our home once again. We definitely recommend this business and commend Twister and his team for the work they did for us.
