Our Vinyasa Yoga classes combine flowing movement with breath to reduce stress, control weight, bring relief to tight and stiff muscles and enhance clarity of the mind. We will practice both classical and creatively adapted sun salutations, standing and seated postures. Advanced postures may be introduced encouraging strength, stamina and flexibility, while always encouraging you to honor your body.

The best yoga place ever, I have returned again and again for the atmosphere of the century old church with stained glass windows and the caring instructors that lead you through poses that relax and rejuvenate the mind,body, and soul.
