Called to have a drain cleared 2 months ago. Tech came out and within the first 5 minutes of being there stated he was quitting due to the company not paying enough. While attempting to clear the drain the tech struggled with the smallest diameter snake they make. I asked if they had a bigger snake and he stated “ yes but I don’t want to go get it, it is heavy and doesn’t work that well anyway”. After 2 hours of attempting to clear the drain the tech punched through the clog. Now it is 2 months later and I am unable to use all off my sinks and toilets and called back for assistance. I was told they could get to me within 3 days. Now I have to use the bathroom at a fast food joint and not shower until then. Shoddy work, lazy worthless tech, poor customer service. Call H.E. L.P. instead and get it done right the first time. Never using this sub par company again and neither should you.
