Signed contract with Titan in June to build a deck. Work never started and I’ve already paid half of the cost. Can’t get anyone with Titan to return a phone call or email. Have already started process through the financing company of getting my money back. Shameful company...
Titan Construction took a deposit, never started work and ceased all communications. I'm having to resort to the legal system and the law to recoup my funds or at least send the owner to jail. Police report filed. KCSO Report # 2011191505.
Tom Wyrick of Titan Roofing sent a crew to my neighbor’s house (so I am not a customer, but I was affected by their work), and they left roofing nails not only all over their yard and driveway, but in my driveway as well. I got a flat tire from one of the nails, which I cannot afford to replace, and he refused to pay for it. He is an irresponsible fool.
