At Titanium Fitness Center we want to provide you with the most resources possible to reach your fitness goals. As a member, you have the option for a consultation once a month with one of our owners. This consultation includes a full fitness assessment, and a conversation with you to help set fitness goals, go over your activity level, current activities and active hobbies. We will then build a curriculum of classes for you to take each month based on all of those factors. The curriculum will be designed specifically toward YOU and your goals to help achieve maximum results in minimal time.

I have been going to Titanium Fitness since they opened. They are the best fitness trainers I have ever worked with. I have tried several other gyms in the Denver area and I have loved them from the start. The classes are great as well as the individual training they offer. The people who work out at TF are fantastic too. Everyone is really friendly- check them out!
This is a great gym. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive of their clients? goals. The moment you walk in the doors it is clear the trainers love their jobs. There are a wide variety of classes offered for all fitness levels and they are not super crowded so the clients are a on a first name basis with the trainers. I always look forward to going to the gym because I know I will get a great workout and we will have fun doing it. I highly recommend this gym for all your fitness needs.
Best fitness center I have found in 9 years of living in the Denver Metro area. Best trainers. They are about results without taking themselves seriously.
