I would give a full 5 stars if it were not for continuing problems with their online pharmacy services. It would be convenient to do my precription refills online. But no matter what I do, no matter how many times I set a new password or verify with a code # supplied by them, even following detailed instructions they sent by email, I am still almost always unable to access Tom Thumb Pharmacy on my PC. I do not want to use the phone app because of physical disability. In-store service is exemplary. Talking to them by phone is exemplary. But their website through personal computer is awful.
