Had to file a complaint with NCCDB of the FMCSA due to the fact that the Broker Sam did not provide the carrier responsible for delivery as required by the Truck Process Agents. Misleading information and pricing. I would advise anyone involved with this Broker service be prepared for litigation. Unscrupulous business practices. Hoping this broker will lose its US DOT and MC license.

Do not use this company... They quoted my one price, then on the day of my move, they pulled a bait and switch, raising my quoted price by $4k. Then when I tried calling top tier to figure out the issue, they just packed up and left, leaving me to scramble to make other arrangements. When I called and spoke with someone, they refused to refund my deposit of $600. Total scam
