I called TAC to deal with a raccoon problem I was having. Brandon came right out, took a look,helped me get my account set up and then went on to handle the problem. I should say , this was AFTER I called a few other places and got static. One guy ignored my first call, and when I tracked him down said, " frankly, I don't want to have anything to do with them (raccoons)!" Take it from me; call TAC FIRST!
I have enjoyed my experience with the company. They found multiple repairs and brought them to my attention. No extra charge. So I would highly recommend as I am a highly recommend these guys. They even came back to do another repair that I found for free. Great company
