Seriously awesome customer service - they actually called me with a question about my order and fixed it immediately while they were on the phone with me. I have been a customer for a few years and always have been happy with the fabrics and pricing. One of my favorite online stores. My latest order just arrived and I am so excited! The shipping is really fast and the packing material (wrapped on a tube) is sturdy and protective. I can't say enough good things about Toto Fabrics :-)

I am extremely satisfied with everything about my purchase. My customer service question was answered promptly and my fabric was mailed immediately. So many online fabric stores don't ship for a week to 10 days after I place an order that it's disappointing. The quality of the fabric was fantastic and I am please that I did not have to pay for swatches because it took many swatches for me to find the right fabric for my projects. I can see purchasing fabrics from you for things in the future. I have even recommended my sister pick swatches so I can make her curtains next!
