They told my doctor when setting up the appointment and then myself at the time of the appointment that they accepted my insurance and then they turned around and told my issuance they wouldn’t take it. I didn’t find out anything about it till a letter from a collections agency shows up in my mailbox box months later. They never sent an email, called me, or sent an invoice in the mail. I would not recommend this company. From the looks of other people’s reviews sending people to collections with out sending a bill is a normal practice for them
