Touchstone Imaging Lewisville did not give me an estimate of what their services would cost - this was at the time of scheduling as well as the day of services. I had to wait 1.5 hours to get the service. The first time that I learned of what they were billing me was when I received their statement - this is 9x more than what I would pay with a competitor of theirs...and about the same amount (9x more) than what you can google on the internet to pay a cash price. I have attempted 2 times to negotiate a fair price to no avail. The Management Team is non existent - they have hourly people in the billing dept call in an attempt to collect their outrageous bill. Even the people that I have spoken with agree - that what Touchstone Imaging is billing, might not be a fair value. Touchstone mission statement indicates that they operate with integrity - where is the integrity if someone can prove that they are overcharging???!!! Numerous reviews over billing issues where people were not informed. They do not care about their reputation - only the money they can oust from people
