Do yourself a favor and hire any other company. Traci & Justin are scam artists and will cash your check in about 30 seconds but will blow you off after your event. I did not receive final videos until 10 months after my event. Almost 2 years later and I am still waiting for the album that my contract promises. They are unresponsive and continue to blame covid, yet I was married 4.5 months prior to covid (Nov 2019). They offered me $50 as reimbursement for the album cost, which should tell you something about the quality of the album they plan to deliver. Give your hard earned money to a company that will actually follow through.
