Charged for multiple repairs that did not fix anything. Travis promised to call and speak to me about this and never would, and wouldn't answer his phone when I call him.

If you have extra money you feel like wasting, then definitely call Travis heating and cooling to come diagnose a minor concern with your AC system. You will get to know them on a first name basis with the multiple trips and misdiagnosis. One of the trips they even wired the thermostat wrong (which was also misdiagnosed) and had to send the lead tech who figured it out and called the other repairman back to show him how to do it correctly...really?
