Tree Wise Men LLC

In March of 2022, I accepted an estimate for a tree removal, clean up, stump grinding, haul away and back fill with soil and grass seeding. They showed up a week later and removed the tree and did the clean up. I was thrilled, however that’s where my satisfaction ended. A week went by and I called to try to get a ETA for the stump removal. Left a message and no call retuned. Another week later I call and speak to a woman and she informs me they do not handle the schedule for the grinding and can not provide me with that information or with someone who can. I try reaching out again in May, June and July of 2022 and again leave a message and no returned calls. Now fast forward to May 2023. I have received zero communication from them for 14 months and guess who just shows up and grinds the stump. After getting home seeing a huge mound in my yard and reviewing my ring camera footage I see that it is tree wise men. I call them the next day and speak to a women who lacked people skills and empathy. She continually asked why I did not call and cancel and why I did not notice the utility flagging in my yard. Why would I call and cancel a service that I tried multiple times to get a ETA on and never received calls back or got no information at all from 14 months ago? As far as the utility flagging I had a fence installed on my property a few weeks back, so no I did not notice new flags nor would I have equated them to a job that was 14 months ago. I was assured the owner would contact me, however it has been over a week and that has not happened. I would only recommend them for a tree removal, but nothing more as they don’t seem to have a cohesive system for dealing with all the moving parts of anything more than that.
