I am totally disappointed in TreeTop, this is the first time I have ever had to write a negative review on a company. Crew one was here on Sunday afternoon to do power-rake and aeration with applicable raking/bagging of dead grass. That part went ok although they did not pick up much from the backyard. The crew manager asked me to e-transfer payment while they were working, I found this odd but did so as requested. He also informed me there is a second crew on the way to do the fertilizing, weed control and leaf-blowing. Crew one left as soon as e-transfer was made ($168). Crew two was a no-show. I have not seen/heard from TreeTop since, even after repeated phone calls and emails. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If you do DO NOT E-TRANSFER until they are done everything. Very disappointing service.
