At the Autism Academy for Education and Development, we strive to improve the lives of each of our students, their families, and the community. The Academy will achieve this by addressing the needs of every student academically, socially, and behaviorally. The character and social skills program we offer provides a solid foundation to build upon to ensure every child with autism becomes a valued, productive, educated, and successful person able to accomplish his or her highest potential as well as contribute to the community. The character program has key components designed to teach our students strategies for anti-bullying. The Autism Academy provides the support and resources needed to allow each student to flourish in a strong values-based environment that focuses on compassion. This structure empowers students to attain their highest level of academic and social achievement.

Overall satisfied but online learning seems to be somewhat scatterbrained. Lots of very long breaks and Friday school is usually watching a movie. I would rather see no school on Friday ,rather than just watching a movie. He watches plenty of movies at home. Thanks

My husband and I spent a two years fighting with the public school district on how to handle our Autistic child. We expressed several safety and security concerns as well as academic concerns on multiple occasions. But the truth was, they didn't have the resources, experience or knowledge in order to help our child. For us, AA has been the best experience possible. We know he has people in his corner fighting for him on an academic, physical and emotional level!
