In shock. I have a Doodle puppy who's been groomed there twice. The owner told me if my puppy got scared she had experience and would use treats or 2 employees to calm her. I asked Nikki to leave her head hair as it was. They shaved it. I didn't complain. Groomer cut only one side of her face.I didn't complain thinking they'd fix it next time.
I've left 4 messages for a callback. After 5 days they called today saying they would charge me for their mistake. I said ok. Then I was told never to come back. I really liked Nikki and her employees. I am speechless concerning how I was treated. Absolutely amazed at their response to my respectful, understanding attitude.
