I have ordered from this store before but that a few years back. This is the last time I order anything from them. What they used to be is not who they are now.
My recent order sealed the deal for me. After I placed my order my shipping date was scheduled Exactly 30 days from the shipping date. Once the shipping date arrived I sent an email asking if the order was shipped, the reply I received was the shipping was pushed another two weeks due to Covid. Once I heard this I asked to cancel my order and I had a reply saying they will ship the order as soon as possible. I did not receive a refund or another email after that until the new shipment day arrived, after asking for the shipping info I was told they were picking up the fish at LAX and they will ship the fish the next day. Next day arrived and passed, I sent another email asking for the shipping info, the reply I received was, “I thought you canceled your order”. When I saw this email I got heated and asked the person if he sees a refund issued? since the answer is a no, do you think the order is canceled, especially after receiving multiple responses to my emails about the shipping status. I was told that I would get my refund the next day. Two days later I had to send another email to ask for my refund, only than I was refunded. When I send a reply to their email about the refund, hoping that this is not how they treat all their customers and hope that they will do better in the future so other people won’t have to deal with what I dealt with, the response was, “ok, no worries”.
I don’t know what happened to this company. They used to be an awesome place to buy good quality fish for good prices. Those days are far behind them and I will never shop from them ever again.
I hope everyone else gets treated better than I did.
