With a new Dentist at this office, it has gone from a lovely place to get a cleaning and dental work to a disaster. I've been receiving cleanings here for about a year, and when I went in to get my last cleaning, all was the same, except one huge change, that no one decided to mention before providing services to me. The dentist has changed ownership and after a cleaning and a filling the next day I was hit with an out-of-network bill. They neglected to mention that there was a new dentist/ownership and I may be out of network, or to at least check on my part. They lied about my portion of the estimated bill for the filling, saying it was for the filling, but actually it was my portion for the cleaning, now being out-of-network. Terrible management and front office staff!!! DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF HERE!
