Brian Rose was very professional and helpful. Two days before our closing we were asked to get a termite inspection otherwise we would not close on our refinance as scheduled. I called URBANEX whom we use for our house. Brian called us and was in the area and at my house in 15 minutes. AWESOME! That's Customer Service.
