Every individual from the sales person , project manager, installers, office staff from start to finish made it a stress free experience . We had several estimates and lots of research and ratings /reviews were very high . We made the right choice ! Thank you USA windows and doors, we are so happy with our new windows and 5 plus stars.

I don't know where to start. My initial interaction with the salesman was fine. He offered PGT windows for my house at a competitive price(I had shopped around with other local companies). The initial estimate for delivery and installation of the windows was 4 months which is pretty standard. At 4 months, I was given a updated estimate of 4 more months. It's important to note that this is the middle of 2021 and shortages and backordering are common so I was not surprised or disappointed at this news. Plus, this is a issue with the manufacturer, not the installer. At least 3 times in this second 4 month period, USA emailed me with a update for the windows advising that they would be ready before the end of that 4 month period. This was not accurate, but as I had not really expected them before the end of the second 4 month period I assumed this was again a issue with the manufacturer. At nine months after ordering (and not hearing anything from USA), I finally call the company to see what is going on. This would be the first of a dozen calls over the next month and a half only trying to ascertain when my windows will be ready. I got the run around everytime I called and only after threatening to cancel the order or retain counsel did they finally give me a new date(11 months after ordering). A week after this new date...crickets. I call and tell them they have 24 hours to give me a straight answer about what is going on. I get a call that evening to tell me they have my windows and can install tomorrow. Wow! Great!(They were actually missing one window but I said install what you got...fine). The installers arrive. Not one speaks English, but how much do you really need to communicate? Apparently a lot?!?! They installed the windows in the master bedroom incorrectly (they swapped the two windows which open in different directions). They installed the window in our living room upside down. They installed a window in the living room with incorrect hardware (wrong handle). They did not attach the handles on some of the windows correctly( some of these handles had set screws that were stripped or otherwise ineffective because of over painting). The caulking on the inside of the house was sloppy. The windows were not clean. Project still not done as they will have to return to fix the issues and install the one window that they didn't have. Don't use this company.

This company is horrendous!! They have zero follow up skills unless they are calling for money!! 6 months later I'm still waiting for them to request a final inspection!

STAY AWAY!!! Ordered doors - got wrong/defective doors - re-ordered doors, 10 months later they promised in writing Nov. 9th to deliver/install - then they did NO SHOW! TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. TOO MUCH DRAMA & STRESS HERE. Doors came from Columbia... Cheap material.

First of all: The four stars for quality really goes to CGI who manufactured the doors and windows. I entered a contract with USA Green Contractors (USA GC for the rest of the review) to replace all of my windows & doors middle of January. They contacted me end of April to begin installation. I met the crew when they arrived at my home the first day around 9AM. I told them I would stay out of their way for the install process and went about my life. Day 2 they arrived around 11AM which did not matter to me since they stayed until 7PM. Day 3 they arrived around noon which did not impress the building inspector at all since he arrived at 9AM that day. INSPECTION FAIL #1. I reported the missed building inspector to USA Green Contractors who assured me they would take care of everything. Day 4 the building inspector arrived AROUND 9AM to find no workers present for a second time. INSPECTION FAIL # 2. The crew showed up around noon again on that day, worked for a while then took their tools and left my home with open door and window frames for the next TWO MONTHS! After the second failure to meet with the building inspector USA GC was forced to hire an engineering firm to certify the installation and no one at USA GC was being proactive or keeping me informed about anything while my home was open to the outdoor world all eight weeks. Finally, end of June the crew arrives to “finish the installation, EVERYTHING done”. I told them to let me know about 30 minutes ahead so I could come home to lock up… but got a call in the afternoon. They told me they were done and leaving. When I got home I noticed most work had indeed been completed but there were crucial door and windows components missing that are specific to the brand. Stuff you can’t get at Home Depot. I sent photos and a detailed explanation of what was missing. They sent a tech who did not not know what he was there for and did not have the correct parts to repair/finish the installation. For the next two months I had to call and email USA GC repeatedly because, as I’ve stated earlier they are proactive about nothing. The parts are expected… they didn’t arrive. The parts are expected… they didn’t arrive. The parts are expected… they didn’t arrive. Repeatedly until they actually did arrive and were finally installed four months after my installation began. I haven’t even mentioned that they failed to cover my furniture and ordered the wrong entry door, which I did not complain about because it’s close enough and I didn’t want to wait months for a replacement… Entering a contract with USA GC is the worst purchase decision I have made in my entire life. Every penny of the $25,000+ investment is a needle of aggravation in my soul. BUYER BEWARE. If you decide to ignore this warning and your project goes wrong you will deserve what you get!

This has to be the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Below poor communication. Know one in the office is ever on the same page as the guys that work in the field. I have had a project pending now for more then 8 months and it still hasn't been completed. Avoid them like the plague. Spare yourself the aggravation and time wasted.

Amazing company! Punctual and very informative. Very happy with the the complete job. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for windows or doors.

Never showed for the appointment and when I called the guy said oh your in Delray and hung up on me I called back and why he hung up on me he said he didn't and said he will call me right back No call back and still no one showed for my appointment If this is how they treat people before a quote I can not imagine what would happen if I bought from them Thank you for saving my money for me

I hired USA Green for installing my new impact windows and replacing a few doors. The whole staff was very professional, courteous and their goal was was to make sure I was informed and happy every step of the project.

Very Professional, always communicated with me throughout my project.
