I referred to valley wound care by my doctor due to a diabetic ulcer on my foot. They were unable to find time to get an authorization for treatment ĺthe proceedure did not require pre authorization). I was told they were too busy and couldn't tell when they would have time to get back to me. It's a sign of the times.
