We are experiencing an increased case load. To allow time for a high standard of care for each individual patient, we are implementing pause – intervals in the intake of stable emergency patients. Your pet will be triaged and assigned a level of urgency based off clinical parameters and doctor assessment and unstable or critical patients will be prioritized. If your pet is suffering from a non-urgent issue, there will be extended wait times during these intervals. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and patience. Each VCA hospital has health and safety protocols in place based on health care best practices as well as state and local guidance and regulations.

Do your research first there for hours and was told they wouldn't prescribe medication recommend by there doctor because it would open them to a lawsuit that sounds kinda shady don't trust this place do your research first don't let them take advantage of your pets bad health Your taken back lol this company could care less about the animals and more about $$$ money hungry hospital also wouldn't provide medical license as required by the state of california Do your research first

My dog has bone cancer so I called this hospital to make an appointment for a specialist. Frst call the receptionist was clueless and I was not able to make an appointment, The second time I called they took down all my information and told me they will call me back with in 48 hours,that never happened. On the third time I called again they took down all my information and again they never returned the call Apparently they feel that is not In important to return calls when your dog has a fast growing cancer time is very important.
