Terrible company. The company that used to spray our area was wonderful but then they sold out to Vector about 3 years ago and it has been bad ever since. They never come out to spray and the mosquitoes are horrendous in our neighborhood and when you call to complain they tell you the traps are not full enough to spray. Then they put old traps in your yard that are falling apart at the seams and have holes in them where the mosquitoes can fly right out so of course they are not full. I will definitely be trying to get my HOA to change companies before someone gets West Nile Virus out here. TERRIBLE company and just as bad customer service. If I could do 0 stars I would. I wish I would have taken a picture of their faulty trap to attach here.
