Our nationally recognized Culture of Good (COG) movement encourages our employees to partner with local charities to give back within the local community. So far, TCC's COG donations include a $1 million donation to Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health, over half a million backpacks of school supplies to children across the country, and over $100,000 in grants to environmentally focused organizations.
