Veterinary Neurology & Imaging of the Chesapeake took care of our boy Leo in his final days after they discovered he was suffering from degenerative disc disease. They were patient and kind to us when we had a million questions being asked through a million tears. Their compassion and kindness made our terrible experience less terrible and we can't thank them enough for making our boy's final days and moments more comfortable.

Dr Harvey, her intake Personnel and Nursing staff iate very professional, compassionate and approachable. I was provided timely, detailed information in a manner that was informative and educational; without causing me to feel that I was being talked down to. Although this was a traumatic experience that I trust my dog and I will never have to repeat, I would definitely request Dr Harvey as my dog’s surgeon. Because of R Harvey’s attention to detail and expertise, my dog was realeased sooner than I was initially told; and is healing and rehabilitating quite well. Thank you all!

Our 6 year old always healthy doxie, Havana...our local ER vet said probably her back, although we did not see her hurt herself. She got worse and we were referred here. First rate, caring professionals from the start. Compassionate doctors...Her journey ended st the hospital, just a week after being diagnosed with an auto immune disease that was killing her brain. She was treated and stabilized, and we brought her home after 3 days. Doc said she had 50-50 chance. We had her home 2 days and we were getting encouraged, only to have her fall down crying again. We rushed her to hospital again. She was stable but low body temp and they would keep her there till the neurologist could see her again. We drove an hour home and got phone call she had passed. Tears flowing now...still. They took care of arrangements and we went to get her ashes. Staff was respectful and sincere. Cost was high, and explained in detail throughout her stay. I understand the $ and would do it all over again (run up our credit cards! One card would not cover the expenses). She died 8-11-18. Pretty much worst day ever besides losing our parents. They sent home sympathy cards, foot print, and made a donation in her name. First rate Place, first rate staff and sensational doctors. Dr. Scully was just awesome. If anyone could have saved our girl, he would have been the one! Looking for doxie girl puppy now, our 12 year old doxie Rescue needs a mate.
