I was very excited to find out that this was anything but an ordinary family practice. The staff was so kind and approachable. It was honestly the first time in my adult life that I didn't dread going to the doctor. My wife originally made the appointment and I was really dragging my feet. JoAnn was very easy to talk to and actually listened to what I had to say.
