Our dog got attacked by another dog and had an open bleeding wound. We got checked in and after two and a half hours we got called in, only for them to say “oh no you’re the wrong people” and kick us out of the exam room. Another couple who had been waiting even longer because their dog had a seizure ended up having to leave as well because nobody called them to get treated. The woman at the front desk was rude and when we said we wanted to be removed from the list she spat “gladly” at us, in addition, she never once picked up her phone to call anyone to let them know they could come in. She was the same person who kicked us out of the exam room. Our dog got no pain medication, no treatment, and ultimately she probably got worse because we waited in the vet for 2 hours and 30 minutes!
