“They are worth every penny!!! They were great! They put felt pads on the bottom of all furniture. They took time to place all the furniture and get all the kinks out of the rugs. They cut my rug pads to size for me. They pointed out that there were strange nails sticking out of the bottom of the blue bedroom furniture and they put the levelers down so that those nails wouldn’t scratch the floors. There were two guys - the main guy was amazing (Franz). His helper seemed inexperienced, but Franz led the show and he was so great. I tipped them. The receiver is going to bill you for the time they spent here today and then I’ll pay you when you know what they charged. I think they were here almost 3 hours today. You can tell Franz works with decorators because he knew what he was doing.”

I wanted to send an email to thank John and Edwin for the Varbedian delivery on Friday 10/6. It was a really long day – hot as ever, and lots of walking/waiting on elevators – but they kept smiles on their faces and a wonderful, positive attitude from start to finish. Delivering and installing furniture is not an easy job by any means, but they both made it look like a walk in the park. Please extend my gratitude to them both. As always, I look forward to working with you all again on the next job!

I did not get the second gentleman’s name but John was one of the delivery men. This sofa was a beast and a delivery was already attempted one time prior. The sofa would not fit in the elevator, the lift on site would not work and so these two gentleman (in their 50’s) decided to take this beast up 5 floors. When they started it up the stairs you could not turn it so they had to come back down again and start all over. So basically we will call it 6 flights of stairs. The sofa arrive in excellent condition. The guys did a great job. My suggestion is 10 gold stars not just one for the delivery!!!! I know your program only gives one star per delivery but this was an exception.
