We hired Waterboy Pool Service to clean / maintain the pool at our VACANT rental property. When I handed the pool service off to them, the pool was crystal clean and ready to swim. After 3 service visits, he sent me an out of the blue text message saying he was quitting because our pool was struggling and needed repairs. At NO POINT IN TIME did he reach out regarding repairs or say he was turning off our pump/filter. When I found out he was quitting, it had been exactly one week after turning off my pool equipment. I called and texted him immediately asking why he was quitting, but there was no answer.
I hired a new pool company the same day who came to service the pool, but our gate key was missing so they couldn't gain entry. His employee lost our gate key!! I had to hire someone else to replace our gate lock.
After the gate key was changed, our new pool company found the pool green, foggy, full of debris, and the water level 6 inches below the ideal depth. Ryan initially told me over the phone they would adjust the water timer as needed to keep the water level correct. Our new company tested our pool equipment and confirmed everything was fine.
This company is a joke... they are poor at communicating, only care about upcharges, getting paid, and doing minimal work. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS... THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.
