Can't say enough about the Watsons store in Clarksville. Especially Dylan in parts who went out of his way to try to help somebody. We bought our furniture at the Watson store in Cincinnati when we had a problem with it they just told us that the parts didn't exist weren't made any longer and goodbye. We live just north of Cincinnati about 25 miles so would have been more convenient for us to deal locally however I took a chance called the Clarksville store got a hold of Dylan in parts and within a week I had the part I needed for my chair. Can't say enough about the great service especially Dylan.
